Hi everyone!!!

I never thought i would start a blog of my own but... lets give it a go now and see how it goes in my world totally occupied by running... well when not injured as the dreaded Achilles Tendonitis has found its way into my life and its very unwelcome. I've suffered with ITB pain before but i think Achilles Tendonitis has been far more painful :-(
